Guest order tracking

If you checked out as a guest, you can track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email — it includes a direct tracking link to the carrier.

Tracking tips

  • Tracking numbers typically update in the carrier system within 4–8 hours of the first scan
  • Multi-item orders may ship from different distribution centers — you'll receive a tracking number for each shipment
  • Freight deliveries are scheduled by the carrier directly — expect a call to arrange the delivery appointment
